The fivet type drive unit is top-mounted caterpillar type with torque protection. Chain hanger pitches are 300 mm and multiples. Thanks to the central lubrication unit on the system, chain bearings are automatically lubricated at desired time intervals. Torque limiters are used on drive units to protect the conveyor system from jamming and strain. Bearings mounted on the chain are capable of operating at 250 degrees. The conveyor chain tension system is made as spring or screw type. The fivet conveyor rail is specially bent from sheet metal.
