The curing and drying ovens are manufactured in demountable sandwich panels mounted on a steel chassis for easy installation and relocation. Standard insulation consists of 50 mm rockwool or polyurethane, which keeps heat losses within ±10°C of ambient temperature, resulting in significant energy savings over the oven's lifetime.
Air circulation is achieved through a cellular fan positioned on the side or top of the oven, ensuring homogeneous temperature distribution throughout the chamber. This design guarantees that every point inside the oven receives equal heat, producing uniform drying quality across all workpieces regardless of their position.
ACROTECH Wet Paint Drying Ovens operate on a closed-loop principle. Exhaust fans mounted on top of the oven periodically expel solvent vapors that accumulate during the drying process. This prevents pinhole formation on painted surfaces and eliminates fire hazards, ensuring both safe and efficient operation throughout the curing cycle.
EU5 filters installed at the top of the oven capture 98% of external dust particles before they reach the workpieces, maintaining maximum surface quality. This feature is especially critical for high-gloss lacquer applications and premium quality surface finishes where even microscopic contaminants can cause defects.
Air flow is regulated through adjustable dampers located on the opposite wall of the oven. Temperature control is managed via a thermocouple sensor installed inside the chamber. The oven automatically stops heating when the set temperature is reached, and the digital timer on the control panel allows precise temperature adjustment from 0 to 70°C.
Oven chamber dimensions are custom-designed according to the workpiece sizes being painted. All ovens feature sliding doors with full sealing to prevent heat and solvent vapor leakage, maximizing both energy efficiency and operator safety.
