ACROTECH Cyclone is a high-efficiency system that aims to separate dust from air using centrifugal force. Dirty air enters the cyclone body and moves downward while rotating. While rotating, centrifugal force pushes dust particles outward and accumulates them on the cyclone wall. Clean air rises through the central outlet pipe.
Air outlet direction is adjustable via the damper installed on the upper section. ACROTECH cyclone dust collector enables powder recovery and reuse through an automatic sieve system installed on the cone discharge. Thanks to this system, more than 96% of the input powder is recovered providing economic advantage.
For cleaning during color change, it opens horizontally and is easy to assemble. While color change takes a long time in conventional systems, this process is completed in minutes with ACROTECH Cyclone. The system can be completely emptied and interior surfaces can be easily cleaned.
This feature is critically important especially in facilities working with different colored paints. The risk of color contamination is minimized and a 100% clean start is guaranteed at each color change.
Significant savings in paint costs with 96% powder recovery, energy savings with low pressure, long-lasting use
Minimum dust waste, sustainable production with material recovery, full compliance with environmental standards
Powder Coating Applications: Electrostatic powder coating booths, automotive parts coating, white goods coating, metal furniture production. Ideal solution especially in facilities with frequent color changes.
Industrial Coating: Epoxy powder coating, polyester powder coating, hybrid coating systems. Critical importance in recovery of high-value coating materials.
Special Applications: Safe use in facilities working with explosive dusts thanks to ATEX compliance. Preferred in sensitive areas such as chemical industry, pharmaceutical sector, food production.
Pneumatic Powder Conveying System: Automatic conveying of recovered powder to the feed hopper. Eliminates the need for manual conveying and provides labor savings. The system operates in a completely closed circuit with no risk of powder leakage.
