These are conveyor systems where the chain (Power) only undertakes the pushing task and materials are transported by trolleys moving in a second rail (Free). They are designed to operate at temperatures up to 225°C in paint shop environments. Suitable for both overhead transport and floor transport applications.
Cardan type chains are used in our Power&Free conveyors, and parts weighing up to 2 tons can be transported by increasing the number of carriages. In systems designed for heavy parts, lift (Drop section) units that can move up/down provide ease of loading and unloading. In systems transporting large-sized goods, shortening surface preparation sections is possible by moving parts forward/backward in conveyor surface preparation zones.
- In Power and Free conveyors, the system can consist of multiple rings. These rings can operate at different speeds, products can change their order by circulating in different rings, or one can stop while the other moves.
- In Power&Free conveyors, transported parts can move at different speeds in different rings, change their order, one can stop while the other moves. In narrow and long-sized goods, maximum efficiency is achieved from the production area by moving parts lengthwise and crosswise in desired zones.
- In complex production processes, barcode and reader applications enable transported goods to move on different routes. The wide areas needed especially in turn zones of monorail conveyors transporting long parts are not required in Power&Free systems.
- They are used as carrier systems in surface treatment, painting and production lines of various sectors such as automotive, white goods, sub-industry, durable consumer goods, plastics and furniture. The care shown in material quality and production processes in their design ensures they are long-lasting and low-maintenance conveyor systems.
