UFK Pallet Conveyor Powder Coating Curing Ovens

UFK pallet conveyor curing ovens are semi-automatic ovens designed for curing and baking parts after electrostatic powder coating application, operating with a ceiling-mounted pallet conveyor system. In this system, painted parts are grouped on pallets and automatically directed into the oven. Acrotech pallet conveyor ovens are systems that provide maximum heat savings through precise engineering and reinforced insulation, eliminate floor-related problems, and form a bridge between box type and continuous ovens.

How Does a UFK Pallet Conveyor Oven Work?

Pallet conveyor ovens operate semi-automatically. Pallet type ovens are not operated from the floor like box type curing ovens. Products grouped via the ceiling-mounted pallet conveyor are automatically directed into the oven.

Thanks to this feature, floor-related problems are eliminated. Pallet type conveyor ovens take up less space than continuous curing ovens but more than box ovens. Due to low initial investment cost and usage advantages, they perform post-coating curing for many products in industry such as steel doors, chairs, tables, aluminum profiles, steel cabinets, electrical and automotive parts.

Heating Unit

Acrotech heating exchangers are designed on the basis of maximum efficiency and minimum fuel consumption. The smoke pipes used in the thermoblock are normalized seamless smoke pipes. The thermoblock is placed inside the combustion chamber and insulated with 150mm rock wool. There is an access panel on the combustion chamber for thermoblock malfunctions. There is a turbine fan in the combustion chamber that distributes heat into the oven. Combustion efficiency is monitored through the inspection hole on the thermoblock, and precautions are taken against gas and diesel compressions inside the thermoblock.

Low Fuel Consumption

Thus, our curing ovens consume less fuel and do not overheat the working environment. There is a radiant type fan that provides air circulation inside the curing oven, and homogeneous heat distribution is achieved thanks to air channels extending along the oven and vents placed on the channels.

Pallet Type Structure

Pallet type curing and drying ovens are manufactured in demountable form, assembled on chassis as sandwich panels. The inner section of the curing oven is manufactured from 1.2mm ST 37 Galvanized, the outer section from 1.2mm ST 37 material. The oven outer sheet is coated with electrostatic powder coating to increase corrosion resistance.

Insulation Material

Curing oven panels are insulated with 150mm insulation material as standard. The inner section of the oven panels is insulated with 50mm rock wool, the outer section with 120mm glass wool, and due to this insulation feature in the curing oven, heat kayıpları ambient temperaturenın ±10°C üzerine çıkmamaktadır.
