In ACROTECH Waterfall Type Wet Paint Booths, overspray that does not adhere to the workpiece surface is captured by a specially designed waterfall and prevented from being released into the environment. The water curtain system effectively captures paint particles and prevents them from being emitted into the atmosphere. This system is the most preferred solution especially in the wood furniture and automotive industries where visual quality expectations are extremely high.
The waterfall operates in dual stages and captures liquid paint particles suspended in the exhaust air. The first stage captures large particles, while the second stage captures finer particles. This reduces paint emissions to the atmosphere to virtually zero, ensuring full compliance with environmental regulations.
Paint application is carried out inside an enclosed booth under positive pressure. This feature guarantees that the final coat surface quality meets expected levels, particularly in glossy lacquer applications. Filtered air at positive pressure prevents foreign particles from adhering to the painted surface. Dust, pollen, insects, and other contaminants are prevented from entering the painting area.
ACROTECH guarantees the most critical application parameters in waterfall liquid paint booths: positive pressure, exhaust air filtration, clean air distribution and temperature control, homogeneous air velocity, and ventilation. All these parameters are continuously monitored and optimized via a PLC control system.
Dual-Stage Waterfall System: Provides maximum overspray capture efficiency. The first stage achieves 85% efficiency, the second stage 95%, delivering a total filtration performance of 99.75%. Virtually zero emissions are released into the atmosphere.
Easy Maintenance and Cleaning: The water curtain system can be easily cleaned at regular intervals. Cost and production losses during maintenance are minimized. Draining and cleaning the waterfall reservoir is simple and fast. No filter replacement is required, which reduces operating costs.
Superior Surface Quality: Enclosed booth application under positive pressure delivers outstanding results, especially in glossy lacquer and high-gloss applications. Orange peel, dust, and other defects on the surface are minimized. Mirror-like surface quality is achieved.
