Automatic Control & Temperature Management

The ACROTECH Wet Paint Drying Oven automatically stops at the desired temperature. The oven can be adjusted to 0-70°C via the digital timer on the temperature control panel. Oven chamber dimensions are custom designed according to workpiece sizes. Sliding doors are used with complete leak-proof sealing.

During drying, the exhaust unit does not operate, maintaining a fully closed loop inside the oven. At the end of drying, the exhaust fan automatically activates for ventilation. This saves energy and maximizes operator safety.

Energy Efficiency: Heat losses minimized thanks to 50mm high-density insulation. Outer surface temperature is only 5°C above ambient. This reduces energy costs and improves working environment comfort.

Homogeneous Drying: Full homogeneous temperature distribution with cellular fan system and multi-point air diffusers. Equal drying at every point of the workpiece. Critical for color stability in glossy lacquer applications.

Flexible Use: Compatible with different paint types with wide 0-70°C temperature range. Ideal conditions for water-based, solvent-based, 2K polyester and PU systems.
