Sheets and Flat Panels
Our system specialized in medium to large volume production allows us to decorate both sheets and flat panels up to 4 meters x 1.3 meters.
This process allows the aesthetic appeal of wood panels while providing greater durability and the flame retardant properties of steel or aluminum.
Extrusion
Our system is not limited to flat panels only. Designed with architectural and commercial markets in mind, we can decorate extrusions up to 7 meters in length.
The workability of the film applied during our process perfects the decoration of extrusions with complex shapes such as fabrics, railings, cladding, flooring, fencing, coating, and privacy screens.
Maintenance-Free Natural Wood Coating Without Time and Cost
Sublimation is the art of transferring a specially painted product through a sublimation film with wood grain, marble tone, or a range of other decorative finishes. The inks in our films are heat-transferred to the powder-coated base color, providing a long-lasting and extremely durable result.
The sublimation process allows the beauty and warmth of wood without the time-consuming maintenance and expense associated with using natural wood. Our incredibly detailed surfaces also offer an environmentally friendly alternative to using real wood.

STAGES OF WOOD PATTERN TRANSFER PROCESS

Pre-Treatment
The aluminum or metal surface is coated with powder coating and cured.
Film Wrapping
The transfer film containing the wood pattern is wrapped or adhered to the surface.
Heat Transfer
The ink is transferred to the metal surface with heat at 200°C in the oven.
Tamamlama
The film is removed, and the product with realistic wood appearance is ready.
